Dear Lucy,

My family and I would like to thank you for helping us with the arrangements
of the best vacation we had in years.
The apartment in "Janacek Palace Apartments" was very nice - clean, large
rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was also very close to the center and
to the train and bus lines.
Prague is beautiful and we were really happy with our apartment when we came
back each night - it was almost like home!

Thank you for your email and we really enjoyed our visit to Prague. This
was our fifth visit and although we come to see the Speedway at the Marketa
Stadium we always find somewhere new to visit in the city and enjoy our
weekend in Prague.

This is the second time we have used your company and have been very
satisfied on both occasions with prompt and efficient service to and from
the airport. My friends are visiting Prague in October and I have
recommended the same hotel (U Karlova Mostu) and your company to them.

My husband and I are visiting on the 1st December - 4th December and I shall
be booking a transfer with you in the near future.

Dear Filip, apologies for taking so long to reply to your e-mail. Yes we
had a fantastic time in Prague and I must say that the Pension Museum
Hotel really has just the best location. The rooms were lovely and
spacious and very clean. We didn't incur any problems at all, the taxi
was on time for both arrival and departure so made for an enjoyable
stay, one to which I know for certain in the next few years maybe I will
return, hopefully. If I do then my first point of contact will be with
your good selves.

we are very satisfied of our stay in Prague.
Your service was very good: the booking was very simple and clear.
When we arrived at the airport we immediately met the driver for the
transfer to the pension.
The pension Green Garland is wonderful: it has a very good location near
Old town Square, the personnel was very friendly and it gave us a warm
welcome.

for booking a reservation and she stayed longer just to make all things working.

thankyou for your letter yes we did arrive safe and well despite airport security alerts in london. we enjoyed our stay very much in prague and at Andels hotel - the apartment option was really good and very high quality accomodation we would use again for the price we got.
the taxi man you arranged to pick us up was excellent, unfortunately we did not use it for our return to the airport from the train station in prague (we had spent some time in marienske lazne and then had to get to the airport). the first set of taxi drivers offered us a 980 czkrona deal to the airport - i thought this was too expensive so went to the other side of the train station again they produced a laminated sheet of set prices looking all very official and quoted me 1780 krona - i couldnt believe the cheek of it and exploded somewhat at which point the guy asked me what was a good price for me - i ended up paying 700 krona which seemed reasonable but who knows!
apart from this little blip we really enjoyed our trip to the czech republic and would be happy to recommend your service to others

I think your service is fantastic - I only use your taxi service from the airport but almost always you are there on time and your drivers are very courteous. I am a frequesnt traveller to Prague as is my family and we all use your service.
