He was outstanding! The service Milan provide was above and beyond any I have received from a transportation service anywhere in the world.

Thank you a lot for having helped us to enjoy our stay in Prague. It was our first time in the city, and it surpassed the expectations we had. Prague is a wonderful place that no doubt we will visit again as soon as possible.

The apartment was perfect and the people in charge of service were absolutely kind and professional. Dan, was much more than a driver; he gave us helpful information on our arrival and was punctual and warm when driving us back to the airport. The lady who did the cleaning was a lovely person and when we had a doubt about the functioning of the water heater, a man came immediately to solve the problem.

I am confident that we will return shortly and will contact you to rent one of your places. One more comment, the location was very good (walking distance to all the main sites in Prague and a few steps from Tesco).

Dear Martina,
We just returned from our trip to Europe and I wanted to tell you right away how much we enjoyed the Residence Retezova that you booked for us. The residence was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking with each of them every time we left or returned the hotel. I also wanted to say how perfectly the transportation from and to the train station was. Our driver was absolutely wonderful. We have never had such a kind and concerned taxi driver in all of our travels. He went way beyond what he had to do. As he drove us to and from our hotel, he gave us a mini-sight seeing tour. And when he dropped us off at the train station after our stay, he helped bring the luggage into the train station. He then left with warm hand shakes and good-byes, and the next thing we knew he came running back into the station with two cold bottles of water for our trip. He said he knew we would be hot and need the water. Never have we met someone so kind. We found out that he used to be a musician so we talked about music for a while. The next thing we knew, he gave us a CD of Dvorak music to take with us! We were so touched by his generosity. Unfortunately, somewhere in Krakow we lost the CD. We feel terrible to have lost such a nice memento.
We also loved Prague and look forward to returning. When we do, we will use your service again. Once again, thank you so much for all of your help,

Hi,

I am just back from Prague last night and wanted to let you know that we
had such a positive experience and great service from you. The hotel was
perfect, the staff there were very helpful, and in particular our transfer
driver, Milan Tomasek, was so nice and friendly and helpful. He pointed
out all the sights, told us some good restaurants to go to if we wanted
cheap beer and food, and even gave us a CD of Dvorak when he dropped us
back to the airport! We will definitely come back to Prague again and
hopefully meet Milan again as our driver!

We have been using Athos for nearly ten years now. We have only ever had one problem and that was beyond the control of Athos and a mistake by the hotel that was easily rectifide.

We have during this time visited the office and spoken to some of the staff and can genuinely say we found them helpful friendly and above all really good at what they do.

we have reccommended many of our friends to use Athos, and we know that some have and report similar findings to our own.

Hotel is located in middle shopping area and only minutes from Old town, rooms were comfortable and the fact that rooms are air conditioned was greatly appreciated during the this heat way.

Dear Athos Travel,

we had actually been planning to send a hotel feedback even before receiving your email. The reason is that we returned back home very sutisfied from your services and the hotel as well! Everything was as expected. Our drivers were on time and very polite. Our room was very clean, which was the most important thing for us. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and its location helped us avoid the means of transport. We also liked the breakfast.
As far as Prague is concerned, we now think it is one of the most beautiful places in Europe! We really admired the architecture and all the sightseeings.

Since we like travelling and getting to know new places, we were wondering if Athos Travel offers its services for other european cities as well...?

We have already mentioned Athos Travel to our friends and relatives!
