Situated in the village of Brook, the Clock House Annexe offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free onsite parking. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from Brook Beach and 1 mile from the Isle of Wight’s south-west coast.



Overlooking the surrounding countryside, the self-catering cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, washing machine, microwave and a refrigerator. The living area has a 32-inch flat-screen TV.



Set within nearly an acre of gardens, the Clock House Annexe has a bedroom with a double bed , along with a second twin bedroom. Please note that there are not toilet/shower upstairs. There are two toilet/showers on the ground floor.



The Clock House Annexe is less than a mile from Brook Beach, which is popular for kite and wind surfing. Compton Beach is set in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty and can reached after a further 10 minutes’ stroll. Central Newport is 8 miles from the Clock House Annexe.
