The quiet rating is relative... if we hadn't been staying on the ground floor and just above the pool (room no. 11), I would have rated the quietness at 90%, but everyone coming and going to the pool walked right around our room, so there was no peace and privacy all none. Overall, I would rate the hotel positively, being accommodated in another room - so great
