It was a very bad experience: First they tried to charge me 100E for the cleaning of the kitchen area AFTER I left. This was not mentioned in the terms of conditions. I found out about it when I returned for a second time (my first time was at parc perl) when there was an envelope on my table. I had to go to the reception and remonstrate with them. In any case, where is there the justification for 100 E ? It was a synical ploy to get more money. Secondly, the receptionist Valerie Allen was surly and basically unhelpful: when the TV did not work (there was a problem with the bbc news and cnn channels), she fobbed me off with the ecuse "it is probably the weather". Finally, there was a problem with noise: I could hear the persons alarm upstairs going off every morning at 6 am, and in general there were teething background noises during the night (doors opening and closing, people walking around upstairs). For the money they charged AND non refundable, I feel very cheated. I will definitely not be going back there.
