Great hotel in a great location - the hotel is right in the city center, a short walk from the square, you can walk everywhere without any problems. The train station is about 10 minutes walk. We felt very welcome, the staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. It was absolutely clean everywhere. Our room was located on the street where the trams run, but at night it was quiet. The room was big enough, nicely and modernly furnished. There are many restaurants near the hotel, but we definitely recommend visiting the restaurant directly in the hotel - a real gourmet experience. If you are looking for a smaller hotel in Pilsen where you will find quality at a good price, be sure to stay at the Rango Hotel.

The room was large enough, nicely and modernly furnished. There are many restaurants near the hotel, but we definitely recommend visiting the restaurant right in the hotel - a real gourmet experience. If you are looking for a smaller hotel in Pilsen where you can find quality at a good price, definitely stay at the Rango hotel.

Directions or satnav needed to find in one-way system but very central and quiet for position. Staff helpful; note there is no lift and reception is up small flight of stairs. Free wifi in rooms. Would stay there again.

PLZEN has a very small town center and at Hotel Rango we were less than two blocks from the historical center and near the Brewery Museum and walking distance to the Pilsner Urquell Brewery complex. The Hotel was spacious and clean and our room was quiet facing an inner area away from the street. The breakfast was fine though not spectacular. English speaking staff were very helpful and even had extra tram tickets that were given to us when going to the train station.
