Settled in a room on the 1st floor overlooking the roof of the lower apartments and partly on the children's pool. To be honest, I chose this hotel, relying on the reviews that all the rooms offer a great view, but it’s impossible to live on the 1st floor, also because children frolic in the pool from early morning until late evening, adults walk in the evenings, music plays, if it doesn’t bother you, then welcome, but I was upset specifically, because I planned evening gatherings on the balcony for myself, which was impossible to do, given the foregoing, and the room was tiny, uncomfortable. I asked the host Xunya to move us to a normal room, she went forward, but taking into account the fact that on the last day we will return to this room again. And so we dragged our things back and forth, more than once, I still didn’t understand why I had to do this, because I booked a room almost 3 months in advance, and not the day before arrival, of course, it’s okay, but it was unpleasant, especially on the last day, when I wanted to relax by the sea, and not drag things for half a day, make beds to sleep the last night, and so on, especially why we had to live in this worst room, the sediment remained. We dragged a heavy suitcase up the stairs, no one helped to carry it (we rested with our daughter), once, however, Sonya helped, but the suitcase was really heavy, the owner defiantly turned away and made it clear that no one would help us. It also seems to be a trifle, but unpleasant. The room on the 3rd floor was much better, also small, but cozy, with a gorgeous view of the long-awaited sea, no questions asked. I also ordered a transfer from them, they confirmed it to me in a couple of days, but on the day of departure, already at the airport, I found a letter from them that they had not found my reservation, there was no transfer upon arrival, they sat for half an hour at the airport, did not know what to do, I had to call them from a Moscow SIM card, they said that the transfer was delayed, as a result, they somehow left (Therefore, check with them everything to the smallest detail, which number you want, etc. Then, perhaps, everything will be better than ours. The sea near the hotel is dirty , there is a drain into the sea, we saw for ourselves how a nearby hotel drains smelly dirty water from the pool there in the evening. My daughter got poisoned by accidentally swallowing sea water on the second day. In general, rotovirus blooms this year in lush color, as the locals themselves said. When the sea is restless, there is a lot of garbage floating around.
