A restaurant is within 150 metres and supermarkets are in Mayrhofen. Paragliders can land 150 metres away. Climbing trails can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Cross-country skiing trail run beside the house.



The Mayrhofen Erlebnisfreibad (public outdoor pool) is 1.5 km away and offers free admission to guests.
