-clean rooms, helpful staff, fast internet included in the price -a long walk to the subway -breakfast started too late for us (from 7:30), we had to leave earlier on weekdays and didn't use it -thin walls between some rooms, you can hear the TV from a neighbor Due to the location far from the subway and the parking fee which is not enough, I think the (irrevocable) price of over 180 USD per night paid (without tax) when ordering is not adequate for this.
