Situated in the Dão-Lafões region, this rustic stone house features a modern extension and offers comfortable accommodation amidst peaceful green surroundings. The Quinta dos Caibrais is sited in a granite valley area with numerous springs and a rich landscape



The 2-floored stone house features rustic and modern rooms with private bathroom, free WiFi, electric kettle and mini fridge. Also available is a one-bedroom duplex which includes satellite TV, living room and a kitchenette. All of the centrally-heated units have access to a common living room and overlook the green forest and the farm.



Several local restaurants are available within a 10-minute drive from the property. It is a 13-minute drive to the Oliveira de Frades city centre and a variety of eateries. The Oliveira de Frades Queijadinhas, a yolk and sugar-based dessert, are a local delicacy.



The Caibrais’mixed forest and cultivation surroundings are crossed by a small stream, providing a mild climate, also due to the proximity of the river Vouga. The farm’s area is ideal for hiking and cycling.



Although tranquil and secluded, the property has a nearby highway which leads to several urban centres. It is a 41-minute drive to Aveiro, with its many beaches. The historical city of Viseu is a 45-minute drive from the farm.
