The Linhay features a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, an outside seating and dining area and views of the garden. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site.



The contemporary accommodation is fitted with a dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV whilst highlighting the original features of the 16th Century building. Upstairs there is a large vaulted bedroom, a dressing room and private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The owners of the property have dogs, horses, breed sheep, chickens and geese. They also grow most of their own vegetables and fruit. The Linhay is situated in quiet surroundings enabling guests to relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and local wildlife.



Situated in Central Devon The Linhay is an ideal base to enable you to discover everything Devon has to offer, North Devon with it's surfing beaches and unique places like Clovelly, and the South Devon beaches and ports of Salcombe and Dartmouth post plus enables easy access to east Devon and Cornwall.
