We were very happy with B&B Zeleneho. The location was central, close to the square, Charles Bridge and easy walking distance to everything worth seeing in Prague. It was clean, the staff very helpful and all spoke English. The breakfast was excellent. We were very comfortable and if we get a chance to return will stay there again. We will recommend it to all our friends and family. Athos Travel made our stay problem free. Athos arranged transfer from the airport to our hotel. If we had to do that on our own it would have taken much longer and could have been very frustrating. Athos also arranged a place for us to stay in Kracow as well as a transfer which left us one block from our hotel (street was closed to motorized traffic. I will contact Athos again if traveling to the Czech Republic and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you very much for all the help you gave!!Michael Teipen

Great location in in old city,the hotel is a short walk from the Staramestska tram stop, although if you have luggage in tow, Prague's cobblestone streets and sidewalks can be hard on some less substantial roller bags. The hotel was very nice; the room was clean, comfortable, quiet,and nicely furnished. The staff was wonderful: friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was typical of what you see in Europe; tea, coffee , juice, cereals,pastry, bread, cold meats and cheeses. There are a lot of steps to climb; a long concrete staircase takes you from the street level entrance to reception and then a wood staircase up to the guest rooms. This was not an issue for us, but I can see how this may be a consideration for others. Overall it was a great experience and the B&B U Zeleneho vence will be our first choice for places to stay when we return to Prague.

Nice accommodation, very close to most sights, and especially friendly staff with good English skills. It was a bit noisy at night, but we quickly learned that with Prague's popularity, you must put up with noise if you want to be close in. We were three adults sharing one room and it was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend Green Garland. Note to travelers: warnings about Prague may make you fearful, but note that we three women did not encounter any problems at all.

The Green Garland is a great place to stay in the center of Prague! I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean, the staff are extremely helpful and the location is fantastic. The breakfast in the morning is your average fair, but fresh.

We struggled to find a hotel on the site that did not have the perhaps elegant, but overabundant and heavy furnishings of many Prague hotels and which at the same time was in a convenient location. We were amply rewarded and satisfied. The guesthouse is in a strategic position: two minutes from Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square and at the same time tucked away in a small, quiet street. The furnishings are minimalist, simple but elegant: white walls, parquet, a few light-colored furniture. We had booked a suite which is located on the first floor but then we were given a room in the attic which is smaller but romantic and welcoming with the original exposed beams and a view of the street: beautiful historic buildings, snow-capped roofs and literary cafés ( below and in front). The room is well heated (you can adjust the heating as desired) and is very clean. The staff is kind, welcoming. The atmosphere is one of friendliness, tranquility and confidentiality. There is a rather steep staircase to get to the first floor and then into the attic. We liked it: it completes the atmosphere of a historic building.

Our stay at the Green Garland Pension was very pleasant. We were allowed to leave our baggage after check-out until later in the day when our transfer arrived. This solved a problem that caused us some anxiety. The tour we booked for the Jewish Quarter was presented as an overview of Prague instead, maybe because there isn't much to view unless you go through the museums, which we did do on our own. I selected this tour because our guide book said the Jewish Quarter is a must see.

My husband and I spent four nights and three days at the Green Garland Pension and loved every minute of our stay. The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. On our third night, I realized that I had accidentally reserved only three nights and neglected to reserve the pension for our fourth night. The staff didn't miss a beat and worked with us to reserve the fourth night. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town and about 8 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. We loved our time in Prague and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Superb stay in a very friendly and warm Pension. Quiet, large rooms where we could relax after a hard days sight-seeing but in an amazing location so we were close to all the main attractions. Lovely breakfast, really cosy. Have recommended the Green Garland to all y friends and family.

The Green Garland hotel was lovely, as ever (we had stayed here before) It is in a perfect location, right in the middle of the Old Town, but in a very quiet street with no traffic noise, close to both Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. This time we had a suite and the room was huge, as was the extremely comfortable king size bed! The only slight critiscism was that when we stayed there 3 years ago, tea & coffee making facilities were provided, which they seem to no longer provide (although there was a kettle and a fridge in the suite, just no coffee or milk, which there had been on previous visits) Breakfast finished a little early too (9.30) - we never seemed to be up early enough to eat breakfast in the hotel!

Enjoyable 2 night stay (too short) at Green Garland 2-4 August. Pension ideally located for exploring Stare Mesto (5 minutes walk to Charles Bridge & Old Town Square) yet situated on a quiet street. Rooms simply furnished but clean & spacious; good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and welcoming - we would definitely stay here again. Overall we thought a good choice for couples, families or independent travellers rather than parties - particularly good for those on a short break in view of the central location.

Had an excellent stay at the Green Garland over five days in August. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fine. Excellent location from which to wander about the Old Town, New Town, Josefov and Hradcany. Everything is so close.
