The apartment was GREAT and the only thing that kept the apartment from being WONDERFUL was the apartment floors were dirty. When we return we'd most likely stay with you again.

Other negative were the girls at the main office were hard to understand, were not very friendly, the key drop off is not very secure, we were asked to leave the key in the kitchen or with the driver. If they misplace the key or don't remember picking up the key then it is their word again ours and we will get stuck paying the deposit fee. The towels were old and dirty that found at the apartment, the towels that we picked up walking to the main office were 100% better. Why? I was not happy with the 15 euro charge to have clean towels delivered. I was not happy with the apartment price comparing to your other apartment that we got a change to look at when our heater stopped working. This other apartment was much bigger and brighter and at the same price. The apartment I stated in was at the lower level where there is no sunlight. The apartment should not be the same price as the others. My stay was not enjoyable especially, because I needed an apartment to stay in to recover from a surgery. I could not wait to leave and return home. It was depressing stay at your apartment, never seeing the sun. Again this is the apartment at the lower level near the shop downstairs.

• Driver was friendly and on time during the pickup and drop off at the airport. The handyman was great and fix our heater went it stopped working on a Sunday night, he also provided us an extra room in case the heater stopped working during the night

• We were not told that if you pay with the local money you will get a discount before arriving at the main office to pick up the keys. The room was not as we thought according to the website. The metro train keep me up along with the lights that would come on every time someone came into the area.

Apartment very spacious, clean and warm. Very central to local tram lines, shops and resturants. good base to see prague

• good base to see prague with easy access to trams, metro shops and resturants

• Shower over bath isufficient to use a proper shower. no walk-in shower available that was described on the web site. This was reason for booking that particular apartment as one member of party registered disabled and had walking difficulty.
