The apartment was very spacious and suitable for a group. However, since there is no elevator, it is difficult to carry luggage and go back and forth, so I felt that it is suitable for long-term stays. The location was a little far from the tram and subway stations. When I checked in, I received a room key and a sheet of paper explaining the room at the reception. I followed the instructions and headed to my room, but it took me an hour to get into the apartment even though it was a 5 minute walk from the reception. Reason 1: There was no elevator, so it took a while to get my luggage up to the 5th floor. Reason 2: The room was on the 5th floor, but there were two doors on the 5th floor. Neither room had a name plate, so I couldn't tell which room it was. Reason 3: I didn't know how to unlock the door. The door required a lot of strength for a woman to turn the key, so it was impossible to open it with one hand. I was having trouble with reason 3, so I went back to the reception desk, asked for instructions on how to open the door, went back and tried again, and it still wouldn't open, so I went back to the reception desk again. Finally, with the help of the receptionist, I was able to unlock the door and enter the room. The staff were very kind. I am grateful. This is the apartment you would want to stay in if you are traveling in a group for a long period of time.
