Ombo Rest Camp

I stayed overnight with my rottweiler, Rafa. Our room was perfect, thank you, and it was wonderful to have found a place that welcomes pets. Rafa and I went for a stroll before sunset and had a closer look at the tortoises, ostriches and waterbuck. She was in great pain, but when we returned to our room, we were welcomed by a huge cat. I have a video of Rafa meeting a cat for the first time in her life, but she was calm and wagged her stump tail. Little did I know that she would be diagnosed with bone cancer and a huge tumor in two vertebrate after an MRI the next morning. My beautiful young companion is gone but we spent a most memorable night at your rest camp - our last night together, and that will always stay with me. My sincere thanks for creating a beautiful and pleasant place where our pets are as welcome as we are. I shall most definitely stay over at your rest camp should the need arise in future and I highly recommend it to any travelers. Kind regards
