We stayed at the hotel in August, i.e. the main season, the hotel was completely sold out, so it was an ideal stress test. :-) Except for slight complications upon arrival, we were completely satisfied. The hotel is in the center of the city, so expect noise, we expected it and were fine. The food is great, a wide selection of salads, main dishes, desserts, pastries, diet meals and fried ones for children as well (pancakes in the morning, fries and anything unhealthy that children love). In addition to the restaurant, the hotel also includes a lobby bar and a bar by the pool, as well as a games bar, so practically whenever you feel like replenishing liquids, you have the option and you don't have to wait in line. Local beer fine, wine terrible. 5 alcoholic and 2 non-alcoholic cocktails as part of all inclusive. The hotel was clean, we can't complain about the cleaners. The view from the 14th floor, where we stayed, was amazing. Lots of fun all around, our children chased us every evening to the roller coaster that was by the beach - see photo. Classic Bulgarian beach, sandy, quite full. Sunbeds for a fee, but no one will mind if you slap a towel there and therefore have it for free. Water slides are part of the hotel, so we practically didn't know about the children.
