With 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shaded balconies overlooking the lush gardens and the unique natural lake, Zervos Apartments can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Our guests also can benefit from the access to the private beach in front of the house.

Outside, Zervos Apartments is a lush oasis under the Greek sun. Huge gated grounds with shrubs, flowers and trees surround the house providing a sense of space and privacy. The sea is just a few steps and those in the sand. A huge sandy beach with crystal clear water and very gently sloping natural sand beach stretches in front of you, just leave the door of the house. The area of Bouka is in regime ecological protection and so nothing will bother you on your vacation.



For the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
