Featuring outdoor, rock waterfall showers, all Elephants Footprint Lodge rooms overlook the pool and garden. Customised safaris can be arranged to Addo Elephant Park, 3 km away and home to rhino, buffalo, lions and leopards.



The spacious, African-style rooms include a partly-enclosed bathroom with large bath and environmentally-friendly toiletries. Cotton linen, a seating area and tea/coffee facilities are also provided.



The Elephants Footprint restaurant serves a continental or full English breakfast. The á la carte lunch menu offers fish and game specialities and is occasionally buffet-style. Dinner is available on request with prior arrangement. Private dining is possible in the wine cellar.

Set 1.5 km from Colchester and the N2 road, Elephants Footprint is a 10-minute drive from the beach by the Sundays River mouth. Port Elizabeth Airport is 45 km away and there is free parking on site.
