I expect friendliness and courtesy from a **** hotel - I think a greeting when you come in is the minimum - that wasn't the case here. When we complained about a defective air conditioning system, we heard no apologies and when a fan was placed in the room as a replacement and we complained again, the only question was "isn't it working?" - I expect a different way of dealing with complaints.

  • After complaining to the hotel manager there was at least one bottle of sparkling wine Hotel complex very nice
  • Rooms very spartan standard rooms almost all with a window in the backyard or storage area
