Many thanks for the e-mail, but most of all, many thanks for the excellent service provided during our first stay in Prague. It was our 30th. Wedding anniversary and the travel arrangements went very well, your driver was there
on time, he was very helpful and curtious. Likewise on the return journey we were in good hands. We enjoyed our stay in your lovely capital city, and when we return next time, we will definately use Athos again.

Thank you for your email. It was a pleasure to give you our service. We had a fantastic stay, Prague is a beautiful city and we will definately be returnng. We were also very pleased with the accomodation (Apartment Jungmannova Penthouse) and the way we were left to do our own thing because compared to most places we have stayed we are constantly approached by over entusiactic staff enquiring we are OK. We found everybody very friendly and helpful when needed.

Dear Sirs,
We were very happy with our hotel (Residence U Tri Bubnu), and the pick-up-service did also work very well. The driver spoke English very well, and was very polite and helpful.

On Friday the 17th, we wanted a guided tour, and picked the company with the yellow umbrellas, that starts their tours from the astrological clock. We had planned a 6 hrs trip, with boat trip and lunch, but decided to take only the boattrip with a bit guiding before and after the boattrip. The dicission was made because of two reasons, very cold and snowy weather, and a guide that was very hard to understand. We were four persons, who unfortunately got very little out of this tour, because of a guide with very bad pronunciation. We do not know the name of the young woman, but she had a habit of closing her eyes, and saying "yes" very often.

I guess you have non or very little influence of the guiding bit, but you can be very pleased with all the arrangements we made through you. We will certainly remember Athos Travel for very good service!

The arrangements I made for the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel and back again worked fine. Apart from a minor mishap when we arrived (we obviously came out of the immigration too quick and caught the driver off-guard!) everything went very smoothly. So, from your viewpoint I am extremely satisfied. Particularly when you consider that I only booked this taxi at the last minute. The taxi driver was courteous, well informed and enhanced our enjoyment of the ride bothy to and from the hotel. On our return pick-up he was prompt.

The only other comments I could share would be related to Prague itself.

The city is extremely beautiful and certainly did not disappoint. We had a marvellous stay. And - when we found some genuine Czech restaurants - eating was good and inexpensive (but DO NOT eat at the hotel Paris!!!)

If you have the opportunity to pass any comments on to the Prague tourist industry I would comment that I thought that in some ways the Prague experience was marred by the presence of too many beggars. This did not spoil our stay but by the end of the 5 days it was becoming a bit of a nuisance with so many people approaching us for money etc. Whilst this may be a "normal" occurrence in Prague - and I appreciate that the city gets a very large number of tourists - both my wife and I thought that the police could have done a better job of moving these beggars on. Just a thought.

Thank you for your Email. which was yet another pleasant surprise for us.

This short break was our first visit to Prague and I can truthfully state that my wife and I both had a wonderful time. (Even though the temperature never got above zero!) I must also say that the city, the romantic and fun atmosphere, the culture and last but not least the people, beer and food were all marvellous. All of this, plus the superb accommodation and your team's quality service and support made our brief stay very enjoyable and excellent value for money.

We have taken away fond memories in our minds and a memory stick full of photographs in our digital camera .... to tell and show others .... as well as to remind us of our romantic break in Prague.

Your team's quality of service and customer care/support were always excellent or better in every aspect of your business (before, during and after our trip). One point of special mention must go to Milan Tomášek (our airport pickup service driver). His dedication and commitment to perfection were well above my expectations and he should be commended for his cheerful, helpful, quality service and his brilliant attitude. He clearly enjoys his job but goes that bit further and adds a strong personal and caring touch which impressed me greatly. I learned more about the history of Prague from Milan himself in two short drives than I did from all the guide, internet and tourist books which I had looked at. He also refused to let me carry any bags (I would be most obliged if you would either give him a copy or advise him of the contents of this Email).

It is obvious to me that everyone in your company has been trained to a very high standard and that they take pride in their job whilst enjoying the fact that they help others to be happy. I am very confident to state that I do believe that :- IF I could have found a single fault with your service, then I am certain that it would have been corrected or dealt with in efficiently and effectively and without fuss because this is the quality message your team displays in all it does. My only suggestion to make is keep up the good work
