we habe booked hotel ALFA short-termly via booking.com for commercial journey, from objective reasons we cancelled next day after booking, but the hotel Alfa charged us 4 days later (the company) with full expense (valuta per 9.5.22 off) despite of our application about the reduction/freeing of the storno charge. The hotel was not able to make any tolerance. Is this serious ...?
