It is with pleasure that I give you my feedback of the service we received on our recent visit to Prague. We enjoyed our stay immensely in your beautiful city and regret that we only had a short time to spend there. We are very determined to come back at some time as there is still so much to see. We have been telling friends and family how wonderful Prague is.

A large part of the enjoyment of our stay was added by the wonderful service we received everywhere. The transport arrangements were first class, your staff very helpful and friendly. Similarly the hotel staff. Our accommodation was excellent and the places where we ate around the city were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and the food was delicious and good value.

I cannot praise your city highly enough.

The driver that took us from the aiport to the hotel was particularly friendly and willing to answer our questions about Prague and the Czech Republic. It made for a great beginning to our vacation.

Thank you very much for a lovely long weekend in Prague. Everything worked smoothly and exactly as agreed and I can really recommend your transfer service from and to the airport. The flat at Eliska Apartments was just perfect and ideally located and it provided just that little extra I wanted for my father's birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prague, especially as we were blessed with nice and sunny weather. Three days is not enough to see and do everything so we'll be back... =)
