Talking to clients via computer does not seem appropriate to me. There was a malfunction in the hotel with the cards that allow entry to the hotel and rooms. Despite the promises of the staff, no one solved this problem constructively with us and so we could not leave the room, because despite the promise that they would deliver a functional card within an hour, no one came within 4 hours and I had to force myself personally. The client is not a partner, especially if he pays.
