I can only agree with the opinions. This hotel is NOT a 4* hotel. The rooms in the A-Tower are dirty and very old-fashioned. No minibar, tea or kettle. The lobby was OK and clean! The breakfast was a disaster in terms of quality and service. You are told where to sit, like in a barracks. There were only soft, tough rolls, slimy eggs that tasted of fish, and some jam. All in all, it was rather poor and in no way comparable to German standards. In general, it is a rather poor hotel that caters to tourists passing through.

We were guests in your hotel from May 20th to 23rd. The first impression was catastrophic. Your dining room for group trips is an imposition. Uncleaned tables, leftover food on the wall and overwhelmed and therefore unfriendly service should not be found in a four-star hotel, even if you arrive late in the evening. We found the same situation at breakfast, unless you arrived at 7 a.m. We were satisfied with the rooms and the other facilities. Your motto should not be: groups only come once anyway and we don't care about their opinion. Many of our fellow travelers were of this opinion, but probably hardly anyone takes the trouble to tell you that. Nevertheless, kind regards, the Vanyi family
