Villa Lelu is located in the village of Žrnovnica, in part of the city of Split, whose centre is located only 10 km from the villa.

The city of Split is world-famous for Diocletian's Palace, more than 1700 years old, inside which are numerous remains that testify to the rich history of this Mediterranean pearl. The temple of the god Jupiter, the mausoleum of Emperor Diocletian - today's cathedral, the city squares Peristyle and Pjaca, the famous promenade Riva are just some of the symbols of the city under the hill of Marjan.



This private villa with its location allows you enjoyment away from the summer crowds, and only a short drive away separates you from the pebble and rocky beaches with crystal clear sea.

The exterior of Villa LeLu contains a terrace with a swimming pool where you and your friends will experience the moments of enjoying the Dalmatian sun and summer breeze.



The heated outdoor pool awaits you to refresh or relax on the loungers. Prepare your meals at Villa Le Lu’s in the BBQ Pavilion and have a dinner al fresco in the shade of the pergola.



Luxury Villa LeLu Split with its 180 m2 area is spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor.



The speciality of the Villa consists of sunny terraces, a private heated pool and an outdoor kitchen with Dalmatian barbecue (BBQ). Luxury Villa LeLu Split has four (4) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and it is designed for accommodation for 6 + 3 (on sofa beds) people.



Upon arrival at the Villa, there are 4 parking places.

Entering the Villa itself, you enter the air-conditioned living area where is a living room with a large sofa that can be unfolded into a bed for 2 people and SAT TV with home cinema. High-speed Internet, YouTube, Netflix, IP TV and an additional speaker for Bluetooth, Aux make this living room into one place to enjoy music, movies and other entertainment and learning content.



On the ground floor, you will find one lounge - a reading room with a sofa that can be unfolded into a single bed for one person. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.



On the ground floor, a special place is occupied by a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ice maker and Lavazza coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and will allow you to enjoy the preparation of Mediterranean meals or Italian coffees.



In a few steps through the glass door, you will reach a sunny terrace with a heated outdoor saltwater pool with an electrolysis water sterilization system. The pool can be covered with a pergola. On the terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. On the terrace, at your disposal is also a dining table and sun loungers.



On the first floor of Villa LeLu are a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed that has access to a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, and a bedroom with two single beds. These 3 rooms are equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, WI-FI and anatomical mattresses. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower.

Žrnovnica is a settlement located at the south foothill of Mosor mountain and northwest of Perun Hill, along the river Žrnovnica, northeast of Split. Žrnovnica, once the home to a great number of grain mills, many of which have disappeared since medieval times, but those that survived the test of time have been meticulously restored and are a sight to behold.



Mosor Mountain is only 6 km from Villa Le Lu. Start your daily hiking trip on the mountain Mosor at Sitno Gornje and experience some of the most beautiful scenery along the Dalmatian coast. Have lunch at a mountain lodge, at about 860 m elevation, and enjoy a wonderful view of all the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split.
