Nice hotel, nice people and nice stay.

Very good food from the dinner menu. Very helpful and proactive handyman/fixer. Nice looking hotel.

Not professional cleaning personnel with professionel knowledge and understanding. Bathroom not clean hygenically. Only easy wipe. Not professionel personnel at reception, but ok. Breakfast was only for the first ones, and the last hour was not maintaned well enough. No shower curtain/wall. Water leaving the bathroom floor towards carpet outside. Should have a wall, curtain or simular. The bed was worn out. Matress should be changed. Bed making noise when moving. All in all a nice stay anyway 😊

Nice room, nice bathroom

I have been charged extra 125DKK from the card deposit with no information what is this Payne t for. Will appreciate the explanation. The breakfast was not impressive, the choince was limited. No coffee from the coffee machine

Definitely not worth the money. NOK 3,500 for a single night, as the only guests in the hotel, in your spa room, and this was not even heated. The room was also freezing cold, but got a fan down to warm it up, which helped a little - this was also faulty from time to time.

The staff were good enough.

It can't possibly be difficult to calculate that for a single night with a spa room, that you want it ready, and don't have to wait 4 hours to reach just a reasonable level (¨+37 degrees). We paid NOK 3,500 for a night's stay in an average hotel, in a semi-cold room. - Not satisfied.

Have stayed at the hotel many times now and have been generally satisfied, until now. This time I had a room on the ground floor just above where the staff obviously sit and party all night, there was anyway a lot of noise from the staff who sat shouting and laughing very loudly. This then resulted in me having to leave the room at 03.30 very early in the morning as I couldn't sleep in that noise. Spoke to a young guy at reception when I left and told him about the noise issue. He was of course sad to hear that and promised me that I would not have to pay for my morning and that there would be compensation for the inconvenience, but this has not happened and I must say that I am somewhat disappointed.

Good food and polite staff, you feel welcome when you arrive.

The windows facing the streets are completely leaky and the noise from both traffic and people enters the room, this should be seriously looked into as it is not sustainable.

Rooms are very nice. It is a pitty there is no airco. Although the heating was off, it was very warm in the room. Opening the window is no option because of the trains passing by.
