Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your interest in our satisfaction with your stay at Hotel Rubinstein. The hotel is located in a very specific part of the city and the atmosphere of the environment was very satisfying to us. The stay in the hotel itself was very pleasant, the staff and catering were excellent. We travel quite a lot and have a lot of experience with staying in hotels and guesthouses. Hotel Rubinstein is one of our excellent experiences. The approach of the staff, the beautiful interior of the hotel and the excellent food completed our wonderful experiences in Krakow. The only small thing I would complain about - we were expecting a guarded parking lot of the hotel. This was solved by a commercial car park nearby, but at a relatively high cost.
