We were very disappointed with the hotel, disabled access is different, I had to leave my wheelchair at the entrance of the hotel and continue with crutches, luckily there was a lift, rooms were very small, bathroom not suitable for disabled people, toilet right next to the small one Shower, no grab rails on the toilet, had to pull myself up on the heater, had difficulties getting into the shower, after asking I was provided with a shower chair, not clean, the shower was not cleaned because I had to put a small tray on it for the shower utensils fell down, was still in the same place after 3 days, the assertion that there was parking for the disabled in front of the hotel was not correct, a parking space for the disabled that was always occupied, we were directed to the multi-storey car park or they had a garage where we could park for €20 per day, the breakfast was weird, no refrigerated counter was chilled with frozen pads for a cooler bag under the cold cuts on the plate, milk was chilled with plastic ice, rubbery rolls even the juice was chilled with plastic ice, the owner very unfriendly, we were told That we can pay at the accommodation was not true, I booked on July 20th and booked it on July 21st, We ate out, it was very good, the room was so warm that you couldn't bear to be inside, and we couldn't sleep in it either since there was extreme noise until 5 o'clock in the morning, as a disabled person I felt like dirt from the street, I'm sorry, the last time I booked at the hotel and with you.
