Having stayed at the 7 Angels some years ago we appreciate its beauty, its location and its lovely decor. With just one minor criticism when staff were late ariving in the morning and we had to miss breakfast because of a tour booking but we enjoyed our stay imensely and will certainly recommend it to our friends and aquaintences who are planning a trip to the Czech Republic

Very nice stay in Prague. Transfer was great with a English speaking driver who was very helpfull. The room was great but quite a climb to the terrace. Would have like to have had advance notice of this. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Resturant a bit expensive. The hotel could not have been in a better location for the old town.

The location is fantastic. Only a few blocks to Old Town Square and a few more to Charles Bridge. The room was big and we had use of an outside patio facing an inner courtyard. It was quiet and calm even in the middle of the city. It was also affordable compared to other prices in that area. However, there were some major problems. When we went to check out, we were told if we didn't pay in cash, they would charge an extra 5% of the total on a credit card. The men at the desk were rather hostile and almost started yelling when we were trying to figure out how to pay them as we hadn't expected to have to get that much cash out. We noticed they weren't very cordial to anyone there and they were most unhelpful when we had asked questions about finding our way around Orague when we first got there. They acted like just didn't want to be bothered and took little interest in the guests. The breakfast consisted of weak coffee, orange juice, bread, little cakes and jam or patee. That's it. No eggs, fruit, cheese, meat, etc. We almost went into their restaurant to eat one night but the prices were very high compared to other restaurants. To sum it up, great location, good price, horrible service and minimal excuse for breakfast.

we booked a double room suprior, still the room is much bigger that what expected:) wow! even 2 bath rooms, the owner of hotel really made a lot of efforts to redecorate the old building, pay attention to details. u may feel at home, when stay there, there is even a cd-player with 5 very classic cds inside! how nice!!! location super, friendly staffs, we did enjoy our stay here very much! only the breakfast is little limited:(
