There are double, twin and 3 single bed rooms. When we arrive we got rooms with not 3 single beds but 2 beds plus the extra bed but when the reservation was made there were no information about that. Those rooms were booked as 3 single bed rooms. The service we got is not the one we booked. Also before coming I asked hotel about the parking for buses and in the reservation there is mentioned parking, when we arrive there were no place for the buss even thought it was double check by hotel. We payed the money for the service that was promised but didn't got it. It is very unpleasant and also unexpectable for us to get this kind of service after paying all the money. In the information in the web page was also mentioned that when reserved more than 9 rooms the prices are different and group get discounts. We reserved more than 9 rooms but didn't had any discount or change in the price we pay for rooms. During the period before coming, when ever I was trying to contact hotel, I ether didn't got any respond or had to get letters that were saying that they don't see the reservation, and I had to spend extra money and time to clear things up. And when coming the service and the way we were served was very impolite and the person working there always kept saying she doesn't know anything even thought it was discussed before arrive.
