Arranged in duplex on the 1st floor of an old Burgundian house, their entrances are independent of the accommodation of your hosts. Each cottage can accommodate 4 people and will allow you to enjoy your break in peace.



A covered and independent rest area, with table, garden chairs, lounge and BBQ is dedicated to you. Around the swimming pool, open from May to October, deckchairs and parasols are at your disposal.



As the greenway is not far away, we lend bicycles to our holidaymakers.



The beds are made on your arrival, and towels prepared for your comfort. A washing machine, a dryer common to the two lodgings are also at your disposal.



Babies are welcome, we can lend you equipment for them.



This 55 m2 duplex apartment will accommodate 4 people, ideally a family with two children. On the ground floor, there is the spacious bathroom, the separate toilet, the main room, consisting of a kitchenette (fridge, freezer, SENSEO coffee maker, electric hob, microwave-oven, mini oven, full table service) , the living dining room (sofa, table & chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player) which opens onto a small balcony facing south.

Upstairs, you will find a large, highly attic and bright bedroom (a large 160x200 bed) as well as a second small bedroom with two beds of 90x190cm: the latter is ideal for children!



(larger adults will certainly find it too small!).



A private outdoor rest area, covered, with table and chairs, garden furniture and BBQ, is dedicated to you.
