David Gilmore (Mature couple),

Wonderful room and a fabulous breakfast. Too bad the owner spoils the hotel by letting folks smoke in the lobby. Where does she think the smoke will go? How easy it would be to say no smoking at all. Would make for much happier and healthier clientele. Very helpful staff. Re:the airport pickup. Camel/kamel was a delight. We asked for a non smoking driver and car for second transport. We got a vehicle that reeked of smoke and the driver did too.

Central hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms and sanitary facilities. Varied breakfast buffet. Fabulous view of the castle from room 401.

JOHANSSON LENNART (Mature couple),

A well situated hotel next to the Karls bridge. Romantic in a baroque style. Hotel is mentioned in the book "1001 places to visit before you die". So I was shopping around on internet at all hotel reservation sites including the hotel itself but only Athos travel could offer a substantial discount, which made the price acceptable.
