History of Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach started to be a tourist destination in 1958, when the first hotels were built. At the time, most guests came from Germany and Russia.
How to get to Sunny Beach
Burgas Airport is located approximately 25 km from the Sunny Beach. From the airport you can take a bus to Sunny Beach. Bus stop is located just in front of the arrival terminal.

Long sandy beaches, cliffs, malls, hotels and various attractions, all this can be found in Sunny Beach. Several beaches have received even the Blue Flag - this is a prestigious award denoting beaches and marinas that meet strict standards such as cleanliness of the sea, amenities and conservation. The city offers a rich nightlife with plenty of bars, discos and other entertainment venues. There are also two aqua parks, small safari or a kart track. You can also make a trip and visit the nearby town Nesebar, whose historical center is included on the UNESCO list. You can get there by a local tourist train.
