We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however I do have two issues I would like to bring to your attention. The cleansiness of our room upon arrival was not great, there was hair on the foldout bed and bottom of our single beds, from the previous persons stay. Also the standard is for 3 star hotels to have aircon and you really need to install aircon in your rooms. Regards
