The hotel is very nice and the people very polite. However some services cannot be classified as a 4 star hotel. The hotel is situated in a pedastrian area and cars cannot reach it, we had some luggage with us and no body helped to bring them to the hotel. The parking is quite far.

Absolute satisfaction. The hotel surprised. First of all with the price, he adapted and responded to the market situation, i.e. he provided a discount unlike many hotels that were not even so impeccably situated within Prague. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the discounts when visiting a local restaurant are also interesting:)) I highly recommend it and I will definitely use this hotel again on my next visit to Prague.

Very pleasant stay, fabulous location and superb views. Heating was a problem - too hot, and too noisey with windows open. But didn't spoil anything as we got used to it. Menu in Restaurant could have been more original or more exciting. All staff were excellent particularly at Reception as they were so helpful and friendly
